How To Read It
Florida does not issue restaurant letter grades. We score each published visit separately, then average the visit scores from the prior 365 days. High-priority findings carry more weight than intermediate or basic findings, and visits older than 180 days receive half weight. This lets improved follow-up visits affect the score without erasing earlier concerns.
