In a rice cooker on the cook line cooked rice (88F - Cold Holding). Per operator the rice was cooked more than 5 hours prior. See stop sale.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In the kitchen there is a 6 pound can of gel chafing fuel stored on top of a make table cooler. Operator removed the gel chafing fuel from the kitchen.
