Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. There is a container of lemons stored inside the drink ice of the soda station in the kitchen.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the top of the make table cooler in front of the deep fryer tofu (44F - Cold Holding). Operator iced the tofu.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a buildup of dried food debris on the can opener blade.
Identity of food or food product misrepresented. Multiple items on the menu state white tuna, per operator the fish used is escolar. Provided operator with Industry Bulletin "Provided operator a physical copy of Industry Bulletin 2026-01Menu Item Misrepresentation and Product Substitution"
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. There is an unsecured carbon dioxide tank next to the bag in box soda storage.
Equipment in poor repair. The door gaskets on the glass door reach in cooler are torn.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. There is a buildup of grease on the hood filters.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. The additional store front has refrigerated storage, dry storage, chemical storage, and equipment storage.
