Repeat ViolationAdmin Complaint
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. There are no paper towels to dry hands at any of the handwashing sinks in the kitchen and prep area.
No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Provided operator with a copy of the employee health reporting agreement, employees began reading and signing the form.
Corrective Action Taken
A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. There is a sign posted on the one unisex restroom that it is for employee use only. Operator removed the sign from the restroom door.
