Verify on Florida DBPR →Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the bottom of the make table cooler at the entrance to the cook line raw pork is stored above ready to eat eggplant rollatini. Operator moved items to proper storage.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In the bottom of the make table cooler at the entrance to the cook line there are 4 fully thawed six ounce portions of commercially reduced oxygen packaged salmon that are marked to remove from packaging before thawing. Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a black mold like substance inside the nozzle of the soda gun inside the entrance ro the bar.

Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. In the service area there is an ice scoop with the handle inside contact with the ice. Operator moved the ice scoop to proper storage.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. There is no handwashing washing sign at the hand washing sink in the pantry or between the cook line and the pizza station
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. There used to be a buildup of grease on the hood filters.
