Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. There is an ice scoop in a container of ice inside the reach in freezer with the handle in contact with the ice. Operator moved the ice scoop to proper storage.

There are multiple containers of cream cheese in a glass door reach in cooler for customer self service without the required minimum labeling.
