Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the rice cooker rice (115F - Hot Holding). Per operator the rice was cooked two hours ago, operator began reheating the rice.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The handwashing sink at the front counter is blocked by a ladder. Operator moved the ladder.
