Verify on Florida DBPR →Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. There is a red,mold like substance on the lip of the ice chute in the ice machine. Operator cleaned and sanitized the ice chute.
Equipment in poor repair. The door gasket on the single door make table cooler on the cook line is damaged.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. There are unprotected coffee filters on top of the espresso machine. Operator discarded the exposed coffee filters.
