Verify on Florida DBPR →Chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Triple Sink (Chlorine 0ppm), operator adjusted the sanitizer, chlorine sanitizer 100ppm.
Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. In the walk in freezer there is chicken and croutons in direct contact with nonfood-grade to go bags.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. On a rack in the walk in cooler raw chicken is stored above cooked chicken. Operator moved the raw chicken to proper storage.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a black mold like substance inside the nozzle of the first soda gun inside the bar. Operator washed the soda gun nozzle.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. There is an unlabeled chemical spray bottle in the chemical storage area.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. There is a buildup of ice in the reach in freezer at the end of the cook line.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. There is a wet wiping cloth stored on the cutting board of the make table cooler in the salad station. Operator moved the wet wiping cloth to the laundry.
