In the walk in freezer there is a buildup of ice around the door and on the sprinkler head. Operator began removing the ice buildup. - From follow-up inspection 2026-08-27: The ice buildup has been removed from the sprinkler head in the walk in freezer, there is ice on the side of the walk in freezer door.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the make table cooler between the cook line and the salad station, Beef (44F - Cold Holding); cooked rice (44F - Cold Holding); shrimp (44F - Cold Holding). Per operator contents gave been in the cooler less than 4 hours. Operator iced the contents of the cooler.

Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. An employee washed their hands in under 10 seconds. Educated the employee on proper hand washing, employee rewashed their hands properly.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In a make table cooler in the back kitchen 10, 8 ounce portions of commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged tuna fully thawed in packages that are marked remove from packaging and thaw under refrigeration.
